cannot open Outlook at all

i have office 2003 installed and have used all the programmes except outlook
wihch hangs during start up, i cannot get past the opening titles, even in
safe mode. I have uninstalled and reintsalled the whole office suite twice
and I uninstalled MS 0ne note in case of conflicts.
Detect and repair appears to be operating but has not enabled the programme
to open.
Outlook express is unaffected

try starting outlook with the /safe mode command-line switch and see if you
have success.

Browse to Outlook.exe via the Run Box and add the /safe switch (a space
before the /)

You might require anew profile via the Mail icon in Control Panel.
