Cant load Word object library into Excel....

I am able to load the "Word 12.0 Object Library"
into Excel 2007 on my home PC. However, when I went
to work and tried to do the same thing I got the following
error message:

"Name conflicts with existing module, project or object
library"

Does anyone know why this is happening?
