Can't open or save attachement

Using Outlook 2003. This happens because an attachment to an email with the
same name is being sent. For example, ProLaw gives you the opportunity to
attach a report.pdf to an email. We do this a LOT. Thus, we have more than
99 emails with an attachment called "report.pdf". However, on the 100th
instance of an email with this attachment, it throws an error that says
"can't save or open...." when trying to do so. I know that there is a
registry key somewhere that can be adjusted but can't the maximum default be
changed also?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. A solution to this will, undoubtedly,
require the Outlook gods!

You should rename the file with a more significant name when you save or
attach and not accept the default. Use Save As from the menu instead of Save.
All you are doing is renaming an Adobe file. Your filing system must be a
mess with all the files named the same!

You can use Windows Explorer to empty the "Outlook Secure Temp Folder" or
you can get a freeware tool called "Outlook Tools" that will allow you to
empty it easily.
