Can't pin Outlook 2003 to Start button.

I've tried repeatedly and without success to pin Outlook 2003 to my Start
button-I don't know if it's a Vista problem or an Outlook problem. Had no
trouble doing it with XP.

Put it in the Quick Launch bar.

drag it over by holding in the right mouse button and drop it where you cant
it, then you will get prompted to copy or move. Choose copy and you will have
the shorcut where you want it.
