Caption Bar Customization

Is it possible to change the background color of a forms caption bar
from the dull gray. I realize if i select no border the caption bar
will disapear however I need to keep the border to allow the form to
be movable.

That is one of the Theme properties of Windows which can be set by
right-clicking on a blank spot on the desktop, or by choosing Display in the
control panel.
