Change colour of Gantt bars

Hiya,
How can I change the colour of Gantt chart bars, not conditionally but just
the ones I select?
I have 3 sub projects within my msp file. I have used the font property to
change the colour of the task names so that project 1 has blue text, project
2 green text etc.
I want to change the colour of the Gantt bars so that project 1 Gantt bars
are blue, project 2 Gantt bars are green etc.

Is this possible?
