When a certain number comes up in excel worksheet like 1 under header 2 and 1
under header 3 it will change a certain color.l

This is the Access database newsgroup rather than Excel's, but both programs
use Conditional Formatting to do this. In Excel, you can find it under
Format, Conditional Formatting.
