Choosing fax cover pages when sending a fax in Outlook 2003

When faxing from outlook using the [fax: 1 (210) 555-555] format in Outlook
2003, is there a way to choose which cover page Outlook will use? Is there a
quick way “on the fly†to do this? I have three clients housed in the same
building using the same Exchange server for all email and fax services. I
have several different fax cover pages for each company, and one of my users
sometimes uses the above format to send faxes and is curious how to choose a
cover sheet when faxing from the “To:†field in Outlook 2003 using the above
format. Do you have any ideas on how this might be achieved, is it possible
at all or does my user have to send faxes using the fax console in order to
be able to have a choice in which fax cover page to send with the outgoing
fax? This is a pretty unique situation (I think) and I have been
unsuccessful in my attempts to find any information regarding how to go about
doing this. Thanks

The fax software you are using is in play here.
You neglected to include that detail.

Whether a cover sheet is available at all depends on the fax software you're using. If it's all 100% server-based, then the cover sheet probably will be the email message body.
