Clip to OneNote

When I Clip to OneNote it places the selected object/text in the
Unfiled Notes, as it should. But it does it in a new instance of ON.
Is there a setting to have it inserted in the Unfiled Notes of an
already opened ON?
Thank you.

Have you tried going into Tools>Options, select "Send to OneNote" Category
and then change the setting to "New Page in Current Section" or "On the
Current Page"?

Thank you, but a new instance of ON continues to open.

The "Clip to OneNote" tool in Firefox behaves as you described, and
apparently is behaving as it was designed to do. Its counterpart in
Internet Explorer does not.

For sure it does!!
I work with that day by day.

It's just a question of how the options are set (right click on the ON
icon in the TaskTray).
