column header size in for datasheet view

I have created a form that is to be viewed in datasheet view. The caption for
each column is longer than the Db name for each field. How can I control
the size of the column (field) headers in while in the datasheet view? I
would like to make the header taller to inable the viewer to see the full
title of each column.

In my opinion this is THE single biggest drawback to using Access, there is
currently NO way to change the hieght of the column headers, If you want to
have that ability, create a form using that data that way you can adjust the
height of the column headers.
