Combining two publisher files

I created chapters for a book as separate publisher files. I need to
combined the chapters into one book. Does anyone know if that is possible?
It should be possible but I cannot find any instructions in how to do that.
I shouldn't have to paste one page at a time, but I don't see any info on
appending one file to another.
