Compatibility mode

how do i switch compatibility mode off?? i've looked through the helps and
have only found stuff explaining what it is.

Hello Shane,

Thanks for the link. It was somewhat helpful. However, I couldn't find the
"Convert" option after i pressed the Office Button. Hmm.
