Complicated message reading question

I'd like to setup Outlook so that regardless of what font the sender
intended, it will always show as a speicified font (12pt arial blue).
The only exception would be if I want to read a message composed in
HTML. Is there a setting for this that I'm missing?

Tools-Options-Other Tab-Advanced Options-Appearance Options and choose your
font there....

That looks to be for the message list, I'm referring about the actual
message body.

As far as I can tell, this would be possible only for Plain Text messages.
