Configure resource allocation for part time resources

Part time resources must be given their max. allocation as the total
availability (e.g 50%). If that resource is allocated to a task for half
their available time, we have to enter 25% in the Units field. It would be
useful to be able to enter the units as 100% meaning "100% of their available
time. Thus if their total allocation changes, there is no need to manually
change every task allocation accordingly
