CONTENT Visible only on navigation section page, not on the document word 2013!

I´m writting to you because i´m a trouble when doing a investigation work.

My doubts are:

1) Why isn´t visible the heads, pages, e.g in my investigation work, only on the command navegação (navegation) in the paginas (pages)?

2) What could i do to turn visible the aspects cited (heads,pages, e.g) on the content of the document of the word 2013?

I expect your answer as soon as possible.
