Converting Publisher to Web Page

I have an 8 page Pub. document, and I tried sending it by
email using Web Page.

Only the first page is converted. Even when I select
other pages (eg. pages 2/3) the conversion is done to the
first page only.

Is there any other way I can send it to people who cannot
open Publisher files?
