Copy/Paste Difficulties

I connect to the server at work from home (Citrix Metaserver). I make
use of the Word program at work (Word 2003 v11.5604.5606), and I also
make use of Word which is installed on my local machine (Word 2003
v11.6568.6568 SP2). Previously, I was able to |PRINT SCREEN| and paste
the screen image from the clipboard into the Word within Citrix. I've
done it hundreds of times. Now, when I |PRINT SCREEN| there is simply
no image being copied to the clipboard that I can paste into the Word
within Citrix. I can copy/paste text, but not an image. If I use the
Word on my local machine, the copy/paste function continues to work
perfectly as it always has, both for images and text.

So the question is for the Word program within Citrix: could I somehow
have disabled the image copy/paste function (perhaps with an erroneous
keystroke maybe) and if so, what can I do to restore it?
