corrupt from address

Hi,
I've migrated my to a new computer with same settings of outlook(2003) but
new outlook sends messages with corrupt "from" header field such as:
the old one sends
From: "STAND - TUMEN" <[email protected]>
while the new sends
From: =?iso-8859-9?Q?=22STAND_-_TUMEN=22_=3Ctumen=40stand=2Ecom=2Etr=3E?=

I'm checking the configuration options side by side and "every single
setting" is the same with the old, do you have any idea why the new setup
corrupts from address? Thank you very much for your helps..

The "From" address can be set in your Account settings; display name. What
is set there?

it is set as STAND - TUMEN
and mail adress is (e-mail address removed)

but the program corrupts it with a messed encoding, I have no idea how this
happens???

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? If so disable this
integration and try again.
