Coverting word to report

Hi I have a word document, and I need to turn it into a Report in access. I
would also like to be able to have some of the feilds in the report look up
data from a table within access.

It's going to be easier to just rebuild the report from scratch. A Word
document and an Access Report are two utterly and completely different types
of object, and share very few features in common (just starting with the way
text is laid out on the page).
