Create a block for variants of my specific email address

To create a block from spammers and hackers that send mass emails out to
variations of specific email address that still make it to me. Example that I
am referring to is (real email address) [email protected], then the ones
that come through are [email protected], [email protected] or
[email protected] and so on. Is it possible to just click a predefined
filter that would only allow specfic email or do multiple rules have to be
created to stop these?
