Creating Outlook Forms - Auto population problem

Hi Sue,

Yes, I am talking about the "control" where the users will enter the
data. What you mentioned about bounding fields sounds like the cause of
the problem, how do I fix that?

cheers

you have multiple controls all bound to the same field.=20

I'm having a small problem with some outlook forms I have just =-
created.-
I can enter data into any of the fields, but as soon as I hit the TAB
button, every other field populates with the same data. WHY!!!
=20
Does anyone know how to turn this function off?

Cheers

Either use the Properties dialog, Value tab of each control to change the field that it is bound to or remove the control and add a new unbound control from the control toolbox.
