Isit possible to create numbered tables and figures that update as new ones
are inserted the way one can d this in Word:
As table 1 shows, people who liked kumquats were more likely to eat out
frequently than people who thought kumquats were an insurgent group in Iraq.
And then the table is actually linked to the text such that if a new table
is inserted it and it's text are updated.
