crows foot diagrams????

I have not been able to get a crows foot diagram. I have Visio 2003. I
tried the help option, that says to: On the Database menu, point to Options,
and then click Document.
This command is available only in the Database Model Diagram template.

On the Relationship tab, select Crow's Feet, and then click OK.

First of all, I can't seem to find a database menu, or options anywhere. I
selected the database model diagram, but i am lost after that!!!

Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

When you create a new drawing, are you choosing Database as the category and
Database Model Diagram. I
