cursor movement

I got a message about filter kesy and obviously answered incorrently. No my
curson only selects text when working in Word and it not an insertion pint.
How to do I get the insterion point back?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Keyboard | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" box | OK.
