Custom Import into Outlok 2000

Is it possible? I am tring to import contacts from a 3rd party contact
management software called Top Producer for Real Estate Agents. I have
desided to get into the windows pocket pc from the palm. Is there any
converters out there that can help me create a import file for outlook from a
..txt file? Like how Act lets you import. Thanks!

The text file simply needs to be in comma-delimited or tab-delimited format.
