How could you save multiple choses in one field?

EX:
Field "ItemColor"
Choices "Blue" , "Black" , "Red" , Exc...
(Choices are checkboxes)

How would you store the data if ItemColor was Blue and Red? or more?

Typically, you would not do this. You would create a one-to-many
relationship where you have a separate table with one or more responses...
