database offline

Hello

Now i want to create graphical databse using front page (because i dont know
if acess can do it in nice graphical way can it..?) for my movies and of
course their plots actors etc.

and i want this to be offline only in my computer

can this be done..? how..?

i mean can it be a fancy databse with buttons, search capability, searching
through keywords etc without using front page and just sticking to access
