default Language in OneNote 2007

Hello, I recently purchase an polish language pack for office 2007. After
installation I set the language back to English, however, OneNote 2007 is
still set to polish. I tried to change it "tools"->"set language" but it
didn't work. the default language in "Microsoft Office 2007 Language
Settings" is set to English. I tried everything to set the language back to
English! nothing works! Other programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are
OK. This problem appears only in OneNote 2007.
