"delete line" on name, address and subject

dear all,

i use outlook express to receive my email. Recently, when i open some
emails, the name, addreass and subject of the email have a "delete
line" on them. However, the email could be open as normal. I would like
to know if there was any solutions for it? Or, did anyone has idea
about the reason of the problem. Thx very much
