I cannot delete an email in my outbox that I tried to send with a 16mb
attachment through hotmail. I tried the following:
1) open outlook in safe mode
2) open outlook in offline mode
3) rename .pst and open outlook and then point to renamed .pst
Nothing works to get rid of the email. Whenever I try and shift-delete it,
I get the error message that the message has been moved, already deleted or
access has been denied.
