I have configured my ms office standard 2003 to receive and send aol emails.
When I delete an email from my inbox it still stays there with a line crossed
thru it. Is there a way to remove the deleted emails from my inbox? (outlook
wont let me drag and drop the deleted message into the trash folder). Also,
sometime my outbox takes too long to send a message and when i try to simply
stop the transmission as that jams up the whole outlook, i get the message
that since outlook has already started transmission, I cannot stop/delete
that outgoing message. Do you know of a more sophisticated way to stop the
transmission than just to simply unplug the internet connection? Thanks
