deleting old ISPs from outlook express

I am using a 2001 sony computer. Each time I enter outlook express i keep
encountering popups from old ISPs (ATTglobal and Verizon). how do I delete
the old ISP connections so that they no longer pop up?

Tools -> Accounts -> Mail Tab, then select the accounts to delete and
choose delete.
