'Detect & repair' in outlook-all my files & emails are gone. help

I had a message to 'Detect & Repair' to fix a problem on my computer and when
I did that, all of my files and emails cleared out of outlook and now outlook
is stating that it needs to be set up all over again. Where did my files and
emails go? How do I get them back? HELP

They probably went nowhere, you likely just need to reconnect the Data File:
