Help! From what I can find out file synchronization runs when there is
an exchange server profile. The problem computer has only POP3
accounts, Mail under control panel shows no exchange profile, and all
pst folders have create exchange server folder unchecked. Yet this
computer goes into file synchronizing that uses up most of the computer
resources which has 1 gig of memory and lots of disk space. No
send/receive happens while this is going on and if an automatic one
starts, it locks up and computer has to reboot. We run current Zone
Alarm firewall, antivirus, antispam-spyware that updates daily. Do I
remove outlook profile and create a new one? Would this lose all his
file data? Please advise. (We run the same programs on a laptop which
is fine.)
