Disable Speech Recognition installation prompt.

I am frequently prompted by a message to install the Speech Recognition as I
work on my file. As I don't need the Speech Recognition installed, how do I
remove this annoying message?

Hello elaurente,

The steps below outline how to disable the speak recognition.
Start > Control Panel.
Open Regional and Language Options.
Click the Languages tab and click the Details button.
Remove the option under the installed services.
