We are on an ethernet network using Office 2002. When I send an e-mail to a
person whose first name is not unique in our corporate directory, Outlook
tries to send it to two people with that first name. I type in "Jones, Mary"
and it adds "Mary" and then asks me which Mary I want. Or, worse, if there
are only two Mary's, it will automatically send to the other one. Some of
these e-mails go outside the corporate net, and can compromise our privacy
regulations. What can we do?
