One cannot download a copy of Access, but Microsoft offers a free 30-day
trial edition CD kit of Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (S&H $7.95),
which contains Microsoft Office Access 2003. You can find the link to
Microsoft's Web page where you may order this CD kit, as well as many other
links for Microsoft's and other software vendors' free developers tools
