Currently, if I click and drag an e-mail from outlook to a job directory, it
does not create a unique name. For example, if the first is listed as JHU, a
message with different text in the body but same heading could be saved as
JHU(2). I would like to click and drag multiple e-mails to a job directory
without worry and with speed and efficiency. There has to be a better way to
organize, and archive is not it.
