Intermittently when clicking on toolbar menus (File, Edit, View, etc.) in
Outlook 2000 on windows XP Pro SP1 the menu dropdown box will draw and only
part of the menu items will display, leaving the rest of the drop-down box
empty and the outline of the menu stays frozen on the screen, even when
minimizing Outlook 2000. Usually, the outline of the dropdown menu stays on
top of other background applications.
This occurs with a new XP profile, have tried deleting outcmd.dat, etc. Any
ideas?
