The company I work for has a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone system
that is capable of interfacing with Outlook (and several other contact
manager applications) to pop up the caller's contact info. The VOIP
application interface has a button to click on to select Outlook as the
contact manager. I'm having trouble getting it to work. The VOIP help menu
says, "Please note that MAPI must be installed on your PC for this facility
to be available." I'm using the non-Exchange version of Outlook 2003. How
can I tell if MAPI is installed?
Thanks.
