Duplicate email from POP3

We use Exchange2003 on a windows 2000 server and use Outlook 2003 as the
POP3 client. We do notuse MAPI to connect to the Exchange server. Recently,
one of the employees receives the same email twiceat the same time. Are
there guide line for trouble shooting?

See my reply to your nearly identical post in another group ( I believe it
was one of the Exchange groups). Please don't multipost - if you need to
post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by posting a single
message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas)
so that everyone can follow the thread. This makes it easier for everyone,
