Maybe caused by your anti virus software, if you have it intergrated with OL
Disable any AV plugin - NB with some AV apps its neccessary to uninstall the
AV, reboot, then reinstall without the intergration / plug in
Your AV ' real time scanning' will detect any virus anyway
