E-mail not receiving, sending ok

I am having difficulity receiving e-mail messages. Sending messages is no
problem.
Here are some specifics:
Outlook 2002
Office XP
POP3
Norton Internet Security
Email configure test shows complete and passes each test.
I reviewed all strings of similiar issues without sucess.

Do the messages show in the webbased mail client provided by your ISP?
