e-mail signature shows as an attachment

We use Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2003. Various users have a .JPG
file with our company logo inserted into their e-mail signature. Some users
report that the recipient of an e-mail from them will have an attachment in
their e-mail message with the logo from the e-mail signature of the sender.
Is there any way to prevent this?
