Email Address is not showing in TO

Hi I have Outlook 2003 (Using Exchange Server at Work ) and when I try
to send email from my Contact List by cliking on New Message from
Contact it opens the New Message window but not showing Email address
in TO section. Same way when I am visiting any website and there if
there is any option says click here to send email and when I click it
opens new message windows but Email address is not showing in TO. Can
you tell me what could be the problem.
