Email Bounce back notification

User has complained that they were unable to send emails to external parties
and received a bounce back notification from the exchange server

Error message as follow:
'[email protected]' on 2/25/2005 4:08 PM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=HK;a= ;p=XXXXXX
Li;l=XXXX-050225080712Z-11815
MSEXCH:IMS:XXXXXXXXXX:xxxxxx:XXXXXX 3501 (000B09AA) 501 Bad
address syntax
