Hi,
My Exchange 2003 is installed on Windows 2003. My client use Outlook 2000
with POP3 to download emails. Sometimes (not always) when they have
attachment in their incoming emails, they can not download the email from
server, the download status bar is hanging there. Then they have to access
their OWA and move the email with the attachment to a subfolder under Inbox,
then the problem fixed. Looks like the email with the attachment blocked the
download. Is there anybody know how to fix the problem. Please help.
