I am unable to view some images within received emails. I am also unable to
copy and paste the the ones that I am able to view into a new email.

You've told us what doesn't happen, but you haven't told us what does
happen, like error messages and the like. You also neglected to state your
Outlook version and account type.

When I copy and attempt to paste images from one received email into a new
message (Outlook 2002) There is a blank space where it should have appeared.
When I click in that space a frame appears. At other times when I paste, the
frame will be visible with a red X in the upper left corner.

I'm not certain what you mean by "account type".
