Sorry about the blank post. Too quick with the mouse this morning. <g>

The reason is that the option of a switch to block\unblock attachments
belongs to OE. Aside from that there is about 5-6 postings a day about this
in IE\OE groups "How do you unblock attachments sent to me". Now it is quite
rare that you see this in a OL environment

I'm not so sure about that! Certainly Outlook 2002 and 2003 block
attachments - I use the Slovak add-in to enable that.

BTW. Here is a typical post about it just this morning.

How do I look at attachments on OExpress 6-
I click on the paper clip and it says the "OE removed access to the
following unsafe attathemnts in your mail"

How do I gstop that- they are attachments I need like email lists
