I have a user who is having an issue with the "Empty the Deleted Items Folder
on Exiting" option in Outlook. On their machine the option is checked but it
is not working. If that user logs on to a different machine, the option is
not checked but when they do check the option it works as described. I have
investigated the registry on the machine in question and the "Emptry Trash"
key is set as it should be. What could be causing this issue. It was not
working on Outlook 2002 and so we upgraded to 2003 and it is still not
working. Any ideas?
